Come play in our back yard!
Spring is the perfect time to explore our 450 acres as the landscape comes to life. Hike through budding forests, take in the fresh air on a bike ride, or challenge yourself on our disc golf course. Whether you’re here for the trails, the views, or a little adventure, there’s plenty to enjoy.
Our trails are open during daylight hours, even when the tasting room is closed. Please note they close at sunset for safety.
Here’s a hike that’s already mapped out:
Tower Walk
An easy hike with views to the north on well prepared trails.
Directions: From the brewery parking lot, take the road to the right. Stay straight through the equipment field onto Route 66. Take a right onto Mountain View at the first intersection with a small pond on your left. Take the second left off of Mountain View to the tower field.
Mountain Bike Trails
Our mountain bike trails offer a dynamic mix of terrain, from smooth, machine-built flow sections to classic New England hand-built tech. Riders will encounter wooden bridges, rock features, drops, and more. Trails are clearly marked with signage and are mapped on Trailforks, with eight “You Are Here” maps located throughout the network.
2025 SEASON UPDATE
The mountain bike trails officially open on Sunday, April 27th, with a couple of exceptions:
-
Warm Up and Traverse are currently blocked near the new pavilion construction. We’re relocating the trailhead to the corner of the rear gravel lot by the brush dump. Warm Up and Traverse will be reconnected soon, once a large fill pile is moved.
A huge thanks to Pinnacle Trail Development, our incredible ambassadors, and volunteers for making this possible:
Al and Shannon White, Kevin and Cassie Sheffield, Ben Webb and his volunteers from Bikers Edge in Torrington — you all are the best!
This year is shaping up to be our biggest yet for mountain biking events! Thanks to partnerships with organizations like Dynamic Cycling Adventures, CCAP, KC&E Adventures, Steep Endurance, Benidorm, Bikers Edge, and Berkshire, we’ll be offering a full lineup of clinics, trail rides, gravel rides, races, camps, new bike demos, and a fleet of rental e-bikes.
The trails are in the best shape they’ve been in years — thank you for your patience. Come out and enjoy!

Disc Golf Course
Discover Norbrook’s 18-hole, three-mile disc golf course! Challenge yourself on our par 55 course with brick and paver tees. Bring your own discs and enjoy a day of fun and fresh air—free disc rentals available! Note: the course is not cart-friendly.
Disc Golf is played like traditional golf, but with disc golf discs instead of balls and clubs. One throw (stroke) is counted each time the disc is thrown and when a penalty is incurred. The goal is to play each hole in the fewest strokes possible. The player with the lowest total strokes for the entire course wins.
See disc golf rules for recreational play.
Stay at the Norbrook Cottage
